Shipping Policy

We proudly offer FREE US shipping on all orders! Your order ships the next business day after we receive it. Estimated delivery time is 2-3 business days from shipment. Please note that holidays or extreme weather events may occasionally impact delivery times.

Tracking your order:

You will receive a confirmation email and/or text message containing a tracking number and a link to follow the journey of your package.

Please allow 1 business day for the tracking information to update.

Wrong address disclaimer:

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. Because we ship next business day, there is a very small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately at customerservice@clight.llc if you believe you have provided an incorrect address.

Lost/Stolen Packages:

C.light 3D is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please report it to the shipping carrier.
